| INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF SIBERIA   Resemblance
of Eastern Siberians with Native North Americans Bears
  Out Recent DNA Evidence |

| Analyses of Native North American DNA in 2018 reveals that most derive
from stock that arrived in America from the Altai region of southern Siberia.  Subsequently, later occasional Pre-Columbian
contacts with other groups such as Jomón Japanese, Clovis point people of southwestern Europe (France, Spain &
  Portugal),  Middle Eastern groups that
smelted aluminum in Virginia, Norsemen from Greenland, Iceland and Scandinavia, West Africans bringing their unique farming practices to Middle
America, etc..  However, for the most
part genetic make-up of these other groups in living Native North Americans
is slight or absent, and   modern day Native Americans retain a close ancestry with many tribes in
  Siberia.  The physical appearance of
the two groups of people still bears a close resemblance. |
